Mike is a key member of New Street Investor Relations team, bringing over 20 years of experience to his role. He excels in coordinating investor events, managing project timelines, and providing insights into operational performance.

He possesses strong skills in market research, legal consulting, project management, and effective communication. His expertise ensures that clients receive excellent support and strategic guidance across all investor relations activities.

William provides an invaluable host of talents in his role, specializing in drafting press releases and managing investor and banking outreach. As New Street Investor Relations’ Social Media Manager, he regularly engages with the biotech community by posting client updates, sharing industry news and generating positive attention for our firm.

William also channels his writing skills into crafting client content, including decks and websites.

Serge works as an Associate at New Street Investor Relations, where he excels in client support through providing competitive intelligence research, and conducting investor outreach and market analysis, alongside various other support functions.

Before joining New Street, Serge worked as an analyst at Gilmartin Group and more recently as part of the internal IR team at Stride, Inc.

Serge holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin.

Jennifer is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience developing content and messaging for corporate and scientific decks for a variety of public and private companies.

Previously, she spent 20 years at Alden Marketing Communications as Executive Vice President, where she supervised projects, developed company strategies, and creative direction.

Jennifer holds a BA from Western University.

Alex has extensive experience working in investor relations and capital markets with over 15 years of experience across biotech and biopharma investor relations, healthcare investment banking, equity financing, and corporate communications. During this time, he has advised public and private biotech and biopharma companies through IPO preparation, investor messaging, public company readiness, business development, and strategic transactions.


Alex previously led investor relations at Alpine Immune Sciences and Principia Biopharma, where he helped manage Principia’s IPO process and supported the company’s sale to Sanofi. He has also advised biotech companies as a consultant, including work with Alumis during its IPO process. Earlier in his career, he worked in healthcare investment banking at Robert W. Baird, in Equity Capital Markets at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist), and in FP&A at PepsiCo.


At New Street IR, Alex helps biotech companies sharpen their investor narrative, prepare key capital markets milestones, and communicate their science, strategy, and value proposition to Wall Street.

Leigh is a skillful financial communications professional with over 30 years of experience in investor relations, particularly in the healthcare and technology sectors. Her expertise spans IPO/M&A advisory on 40+ transactions, public company IR program strategy and execution, presentation development, and crisis communications.

Leigh was a founding partner at Gilmartin Group, an investor relations consulting firm focused on life sciences. Previously, she held senior roles at Westwicke Partners and EVC Group. Prior, Leigh served as a director for The RODA Group, a Berkeley-based VC and as the IRO for a large cap software company. She began her career in investor relations at the NYSE/AMEX.

Laurence brings over 15 years of expertise in investor relations, corporate finance, and communications, with extensive experience on Wall Street and in The City of London.

Before founding New Street IR, Laurence spent ten years working for Gilmartin and Westwicke Partners, where he advised public and private biotech companies on all aspects of their financial strategy and investor relations activities. He previously served as an equity and debt analyst for J.P. Morgan, Barclays Capital, and members of the ING group.

He received his BA and MA in economics from University of Cambridge and is an Investor Relations Charter (IRC) holder.
